Leasing Manager (Chinese Speaking)

responsibilities

Prepare Leasing Document.
Follow up enquiry.
Appoint for negotiation with potential client
Ensure that information required are completed for leasing contract.
Work with Legal team to prepare lease agreement contract after final negotiation.
Informing Finance Department about expected tenant’s payment transfer; confirming payment clearance of tenants upon handover of properties.
Responsible for handover move-in process and move out process of non-renewal and early termination leases.
Maintaining all lease file systems, both in paper format and electronically that may be easily accessed by the team.
Prepare and distribute correspondence such as memos and letters.
Monitor weekly for the rental properties.
Send monthly renewal/non-renewal notices (6 months prior to expiry date).
Discuss for advice regarding to new building quotation, and increased rental capped for renewal notice.
Assist with Utility Bills.
Forward monthly bills to tenants.
Communicate with tenant and management team in case of payment delayed.

qualifications

  1. Graduate degree in either business, retail management and/or retail real-estate
  2. Extensive knowledge of leasing management
  3. Experience with luxury segment of the market
  4. Minimum 5 years of leasing management
  5. Sound working knowledge of computer software applications
  6. The Leasing Executive should be well organized, and have a strong ability to pay attention to detail.
  7. Leasing Executive must be able to communicate with others, identify problems, and resolve potential conflicts.
  8. Understand and can speak Chinese or English fluently
  9. Good at communication, interpersonal skill, and be flexible
  10. Professional attitude and appearance.
  11. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  12. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
