Admin Officer (Nation Road 51,Kandal Province)

responsibilities

  • Manage and control all kind of administrative documents to file in order.
  • Ensure all office equipment is well maintained and serviced
  • Make monthly report relevant office supply.
  • Check attendance day-to-day and make report to Administrative Manager.
  • Maintains payroll information from time to time by collecting from the campus.
  • Ensure all update information receive on time from the campus.
  • Collect document support to do payroll and submitted to Admin Manager.
  • Process and monitor the system related to Staff ID Card and Parking.
  • Other related duties as manager assigned.

qualifications

  • At least 3-years experience in administrative or related field.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, Excel, Power point and internet and E-mail).
  • Creative and flexible in work, be able to work effectively and cooperatively with Co- workers.
  • Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest and high responsibility.
  • Able working under pressure..
