· Participates in the financial forecasts or business activity reports of budget proposals;
· Provides advice and recommendations on financial procedures and practices, as required
· Assists with preparation and monitoring of monthly comprehensive budgets and all financial reports for Executive.
· Performs all bank account reconciliations on a monthly basis, communicates with the bank to understand and reconcile any discrepancies;
· Prepares requests for cash and ensures all disbursements have appropriate supporting documents; reconciles cash advances for specific activities once completed.
· Maintains appropriate filing of financial records, and prepare financial statements, financial forecasts reports.
· Prepares all cheques within specified time lines, identifies funds received, ensures they are recorded manually or in the computer system.
· Assists in the financial audits, if and when required; and other duties directed by executives.
