HR & Training Officer

responsibilities

  1. Identify and assess training needs within the company.
  2. Meeting with internal trainer to ascertain needs and help preparing slide handout
  3. Conduct surveys and train employees for specific jobs.
  4. Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.
  5. Prepare training tools or other materials.
  6. Organize training plan, and implement a range of training activities.
  7. Conduct orientation new employee entrant
  8. Preparing apprenticeship programs with internship provider
  9. Preparing staff performance appraisal
  10. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  11. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  12. Other responsibilities delegated by the HR Manager

qualifications

  1. Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant. 
  2. Good interpersonal skills, with colleagues, trainees, and management.
  3. Profound knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint or other training software programs.
  4. An adequate understanding of the principles that are involved in a good training program.
  5. At least, 2 years of proven work experience either professionally or through an internship
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft word & Excel.
  7. Be honest, hardworking and flexible.
