Marketing & Communication Coordinator

responsibilities

  • Develop materials and interact with internal and external clients to deliver an organization's messages to the public and the media.
  • Coordinators typically report to a marketing manager, these coordinators contribute to the development of publications and websites.
  • Facilitate marketing campaigns, schedule meetings, create timelines, and help plan events.
  • Producing content for both print and Web, including brochures and newsletters.
  • Write content for company newsletters and distribute press releases.
  • Coordinate with the company’s marketing agency.
  • Review partner broadcasting channel including TV, LED, and OHH and other social Medias.
  • Review media and advertising proposal from company products.
  • Prepare marketing advertising plan.
  • Research marketing location plan distribution.
  • Others tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager.  

qualifications

  • Bachelor of marketing or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years experiences in related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Developing and maintaining media contacts.
  • Develop timelines.
  • Goal orientated.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Be honest, hardworking and flexible.
