• Develop marketing strategy and execute tactics to increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads.
• Manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns on digital and offline channels.

• Partner with Sales and other relevant stakeholders to set and lead regional marketing priorities.
• Collaborate with Design team to produce effective marketing materials and content to attract and convert target customers.
• Identify key points for competitive positioning and ensure accurate and updated information is contained within project proposals.
• Create marketing reports that track, measure and analyze relevant marketing key performance indicators and metrics.
• Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
• Oversee and direct market and competitor analysis programs.
• Lead our growing marketing team.10.Manage resources within budgetary guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, or closely related field. MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years marketing management experience, with at least 1 year managing a team.
• Experience building strategic marketing programs, and selling the strategic programs.
• Highly collaborative and creative thinker.
• Exhibit strong business acumen, skills and maturity and the ability to work effectively with others even under stressful deadlines situations.
• Highly developed organizational and planning skills, time management skills and written/oral communications skills.
• Knowledge of analytic tools including, but not limited to, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, preferred.8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
