1. Review request for material from all department then submit quotation to Chief Finance Officer.
2. Purchases goods or services for employer or employee to use or sell offfixed asset.
3. Ensures employer or employee obtains quality products for competitive price sin a timely fashion.
4. Liaises with key company employee to determine product and service needs
5. Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
6. Keep relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
7. Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
8. Researches new products and services to meet company's goals
9. Assesses total costs of company purchases
10. Develops procedure and implements strategies for procuring, and distributing goods or services.
11. Double check for oversea purchasing before submit request to Chairman for approval.
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics or a similar field.
2. Proven working experience as at least 4 years.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft office.
4. Proficiency in English language both speaking and writing.
5. Good interaction and organization skills.
6. Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
7. Proficient in standard logistics software.
8. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
9. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
