Product Training Manager

responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams, and new hires
  • Collaborate with supply chain, sales and marketing team to ensure training materials are aligned with current product features and address customer needs
  • Design and create engaging training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules
  • Conduct live training sessions, both in-person and virtually
  • Develop and administer assessments to measure training effectiveness and participant progress
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product developments and incorporate them into training programs
  • Provide ongoing support to trainees to ensure they can confidently utilize the product
  • Maintain a library of training resources for easy access and reference

qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4 years of experience in product training or a related field
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and informative training programs
  • Strong subject matter expertise in the relevant product area
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to tailor training content to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools (e.g., presentation software, e-learning platforms)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
