responsibilities

1. Carry out the sales plan activities and coordination among the team.

2. Customer retention through appropriate sale methods to optimize quality of service.

3. Execute sales tools with marketing team to expand construction product line.

4. Build up relationship with key customers as well as frequent visit wholesalers.

5. Demonstrating of products to push the sales volume.

6. Follow up weekly and monthly productivities report within sale team.

7. Solving problem against the customer complaint sheet.

8. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.

9. Oversee the trends and actions from competitors.

10. Liaising with sales team leader at provincial branches.

11. Negotiating and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions

12. Other Tasks assigned by Manager.

qualifications

1. Bachelor degree of Marketing or related field.

2. At least 3-5 years experiences in sale management.

3. Understandings of construction industry.

4. Have managerial expertise with inspired coaching spirit.

5. Good communication and presentation skills.

6. Wiling travel to work at provincial.

7. Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese is advantage.

8. Excellent customer service and problems solving.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

10. Be honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
